location of the hotel is excellent! staff is lovely! Daily cleaning in the room, change of towels and free water in the room!

We thoroughly enjoyed spending 3 nights here. The breakfast was astonishing at a reasonable rate, with variety of delicious options. Stylish and neat room for what we needed with slipper, a terrace, for example. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, supper friendly. The team provided a good service.

Convenient location. Very good, nearby restaurant.
Shower only has half door, typical in Europe. Floor gets wet. One staff member (woman) seemed slightly unbalanced. A bit disconcerting. Room very expensive and little overall value provided to justify the price.

The lobby and room were very nice.
The bar and restaurant upstairs was not manned during open hours. You had to find someone to get a waitress up there or go down to the front desk and they would call someone. The prices were good.

We found the staff very helpful and appreciated the modern design of the hotel. We had to catch the night ferry to Mallorca and we booked the hotel because of its location and easy access to the docks, this proved to be very successful. We used the underground garage which was secure and immaculate .
The hotel needs to take some action with the spa as the humid air from it will permeate the reception area if left unchecked and without an anti lobby.

Good location near the harbor/beach and las ramblas. Same subway-line as Camp Nou. There is a good cafe for cheap breakfast right next to the hotel (3 sandwiches and 3 coffees for 11 euros...) The hotel staff could have been more helpful (asked them to repair a broken window but they never did), otherwise very good hotel!

This hotel was a top selection for a city trip in Barcelona with very good value for money. The reception porter gave us fabulous tips for local dining, saving us time and enhancing our experience. A quick walk to nearby metro stations makes getting around easy.
